Laprak village, the most beautiful, heavenly and exciting remote area of the Gorkha, 65 km north west of Gorkha headquarters, is situated on the hilltop at an elevation of 2,300m/7,544ft. Laprak village is a Gurung Village with their own  Gurung culture, tradition, and language. The houses here are made by whole stone and its rooftop covered by wood looks beautiful to watch. Above Larpak Village, there is a viewpoint at “Gurung Hill” Pusudanda(3,000m/9,840ft), is the highest point south of the Gorkha from where you can see eye-catching views of the many Himalayas like Manaslu (8,163m/26,775ft), Buddha Himal (6,692m/21,950ft), Himalchuli (7,893m/25,889ft), Shringi Himal (7,187m/23,573ft), Ganesh Himal (7,429m/24,367ft).The Laprak village is major tourist area of the Manaslu Region surrounded by green forest, rhododendron forest,  evergreen shrubs and much more. Laprak Village trek explores the real lifestyle and culture of an ethnic group of the Himalayas, amazing landscapes, natural scenery’s, heaven-like place Barpak village, and much more.

PACKAGE DETAILS

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft) and transfer to Hotel then  Alliance Adventure will brief about your trip to Lapark Village Trek. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast & Dinner

Day 02: Drive from Kathmandu to Gorkha

Drive from Kathmandu to Gorkha (1,060m/3,476ft) 5 to 6 hours. Check into the Camp and rest then walk around the local village. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 03: Trek from Gorkha to Arukul

Trek from Gorkha to Arukul (570m/1870ft) 5 to 6 hours. Today the trail leads through the local villages and beautiful landscapes of sceneries. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 04: Trek from Arukul to Kalibote

Trek from Arukul to Kalibote (750m/2,460ft) 5 to 6 hours.  Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 05: Trek from kalibote to Barpak Village.

Trek from Kalibote to Barpak Village (1,950m/6,396) 5 to 6 hours.  Barpak Village is one most beautiful village and real peace of land situated upon the top of the hill, 45km away from north of Gorkha headquarters. It is also the homeland of great VC Capt. Gaje Ghale- honored by Victoria Cross Medal (highest honor) during 2nd world war in Burma. Barpak goes to Dhami Dorong (cemetery) on Baishak Purnima (full moon) to worship and get a blessing from their ancestors. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 06: Rest and Explore the Barpak Village

Barpak Village is a beautifully assembled settlement of Ghales, Gurungs, Sunuwars, Pariyars, and others much more but there is a dominance of Ghale people in Barpak Village. Early morning, hike up to nearby Mumche hill, to have a clear and panoramic view of  Manaslu (8,163m/26,775ft), Buddha Himal (6,692m/21,950ft), Himalchuli (7,893m/25,889ft), Shringi Himal (7,187m/23,574ft), Ganesh Himal (7,429m/24,367ft), exceptional view of Daraundi River and much more.Then you will be exploring the village to know about cultural traditions, the settlement, and lifestyle of Nepal Himalayas people’s. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 07: Trek from Barpak to Laprak Village

Trek from Barpak Village to Laprak Village (2,100m/6,888ft) 4 to 5 hours. Laprak village is one of the largest settlements of Gorkha district. The trail through a beautiful alpine green forest that provides cool air during the trek. The trek leads up and downhill walking then entering the pretty amazing village of Laprak. After rest Guide will take you walk around to explore the cultures and lifestyle of local people’s. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 08: Trek from Laprak Village to Khorlabesi

Trek from Laprak Village to Khorlabesi  (970m/3,182) 6 to 7 hours. Today the trek leads a beautiful typical country hill village and water fall. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 09: Trek from Khorlabesi to Soti-Khola

Trek from Khorlabesi to Sotikhola (700m/2,296ft) 5 to 6 hours.  Today is last day of trekking. You can enjoy the sight of terrace fields flaunting rice, millet and maize plants, a beautiful waterfall, forest of Sal and Chilaune and the settlement of Magar and Gurung people’s. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 10: Drive from Soti-Khola to Kathmandu

Drive from Soti-Khola To Kathmandu by 4wheel 7 to 8 hours. After breakfast, drive back to Kathmandu catching along the main town of Pirthivi High way and Trishuli River. Along the drive, you will be seeing beautiful views of rivers and local firms. Check into the Hotel Rest and Free. Then we will offer you Nepali typical culture dinner and Alliance Adventure hand over your Trekking Permit, TIMS Card and Certificate for your Nepal Adventure memory of life. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast & Dinner

Day 11: Departure your Destination

Departure to Tribhuvan International Airport. Today is last minutes shopping packing and Alliance Adventure takes you to the airport for your onward destination to your country. Included Breakfast

  • 2Nights Hotel in Kathmandu with BB plan.
  • Welcome farewell Dinner.
  • Drive from Kathmandu to Gorkha and Soti-Khola to Kathmandu by private transportation.
  • Warm down Jacket, Sleeping Bag, and walking pole after trek return to Company.
  • Trekking Duffel bag waterproof and Company T-shirt.
  • All camping gear like two men tent (very high-quality north face or similar ), kitchen, dining, toilet, mattress and necessary kitchen equipment during your Camping.
  • Trekking Permit and TIMS Cards.
  • Insurances for Guide and Potter during the trek.
  • Medical Kit Bag during the trek.
  • Friendly Speaking English Guides, Cooks, Sherpa, Kitchen helpers and strong helpful potters, lodging, and fooding, during the trek.

  • No flashy stuff-jewelry, valuables etc.
  • Strongly advised not to go wandering unless in large group (the “poor” men would have to suffer at the hands of the ladies who would want to shop), Always be aware of your surroundings.
  • Do not / not give money to street children/beggars.
  • Entrance to some temples may be prohibited for non-Hindus and Leather articles are prohibited inside temple precinct.
  • Windproof outer jacket and warm down-filled jacket good if afraid of cold.
  • Comfortable trousers for men and loose skirts for women during the day.
  • Gloves, hat or cap, sunglasses, sunblock, lip balm, etc, to avoid sunburn as the sun in high altitude can be quite intense.
  • Lightweight trekking shoes, warm woolen/ thermal socks. (If one is afraid of cold, otherwise, plain ol’ ordinary socks will suffice.
  • Thermal undergarments this is for the night which might be a bit cold, otherwise, tracksuit should suffice.
  • Flashlight and spare batteries.
  • Day bag 25 to 35 Litters.
  • You must train yourself every day 2/3 hours, if not possible once a week or one day hiking in Mountain 4/5 hours.
  • We need your flight detail and your passport photocopy and passport size photo for the trekking permit and Tims cards.
  • 50% deposit in the company account and rest of balance when you arrive at Kathmandu airport then clear the payment in the office.
  • Nepal visa can apply on arrival gate in Kathmandu airport Immigration. Nepal visa charge for 15 Days USD25 and 30 Days USD 40.
