Lobuche peak (6119m) climbing is another one of the famous climbing peaks in Nepal, located at Everest region. Alliance Adventure Pvt. Ltd. has designed the trekking to this package in such way that you will have not only the first time climbing experience but you will also have an opportunity to have magnificent views the Himalayas lying around. One of the attractions of the peak is that one can have an opportunity to have views of hundreds of other peaks in the areas including Mt. Everest, Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Nupse, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Ama Dablam, Khangtenga and Tawache among others. The peak has two sides to have summit—east edge (6119 m) and west edge (6145 m). The east edge is recognized especially as a trekking peak, whereas the west is known as an Expedition Peak. Lobuje being an attractive mountain offers various existing routes and also the potential for new peak climbing lovers.

Lobuche east can be reached by descending a marked notch and then climbing steep snowy slopes to the top. Lobuche peak was first successfully climbed by Laurence Nielson and Ang Gyalzen Sherpa in 1984. The trekking to the Lobuche peak climbing begins with some 35-min flight from Kathmandu to Lukla and head up to Phakding, Namche Bazar and following the route that takes to Everest base camp up to Gorak Shep and then turns to the Kala Pathar and then the trail heads to Lobuche peak region. There is one another option to follow Gokyo valley route and reach Chola pass and then head up to Lobuche peak.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive in Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft) and transfer to Hotel then Alliance Adventure will brief about your trip Island Peak. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast & Dinner

Day 02: Sightseeing and Preparation your Peak climbing

Half Day Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley and Preparation your Trek: Alliance Adventure Tour Guide explore one of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu’s Landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites; including the historic Durbar Square, the houses of living Hindu goddess and “Kumari House’’. Swayambhunath; stands top of the top hill and west the city, people mostly know as “Monkey Temple”. This has been registered in UNESCO heritage side. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast

Day 03: Flight to Lukla than trek to Phakding

Flight from Kathmandu Domestic Airport to Lukla airport (2840m/9,315ft) about 30/35 minutes flight then trek to Phakding (2610m/8,560ft) 3 hours OR Monjo (2,835m/9,299ft) 5 hours. You will catch a glimpse of some great mountains such as Nupla (5,885m/19,302ft) above Kongde Ridge, Kusum Kang (6367m appears on the right a little later. All along you will be following the northern (left) bank of the Dudh Kosi River. It is important to take these first few days slowly to enable your body to acclimatize and to enjoy the passing scenery and culture. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft) 6 to 7 hours. Namche Bazaar is one of the biggest market towns in Everest region as Acclimatization place of trekking and expedition. Today begins on the level ground, relative to the environment in which you are! You will cross the river on a high suspension bridge and begin to climb up to Monjo (2,835m) and onto the gateway to the Sagarmatha National Park Entrance in place to protect and preserve this beautiful environment. There is a good rest stop on the way up to where you will see people gathered, admiring the first real chance to see Everest in the distance. On the way up today, you will be rewarded with views of Kusum Kanguru, Thamserku, Konde-Ri and Tawache Peak than we reach Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 05: Rest and Acclimatization

Rest and Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar. Today your Guides will take you to Visitor Center of headquarter Sagarmatha National Park where we can observe an assortment of things related to the first Everest ascendance’s, Sherpa culture and learn about the various plant and animal life of the Everest region. Everest view Hotel (3,880m/12,727ft) which one is highest 5star Hotel high altitude in the world. Namche Bazaar is the main center of the Everest (Khumbu) region and has government offices, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, a bakery and a colorful market each Friday evening and Saturday. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 06: Trek to Deboche

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Deboche (3,820m/12,530ft) 5/6 hours. Today’s journey starts with excellent views of Ama Dablam and Everest view along the trail then descends to Phunki Thanga where it takes 2-hour to climb to Tengboche Monastery, one of the biggest Monasteries in Solu Khumbu region.  The religious center of the Khumbu region and then trek walk down to Depoche. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 07: Trek to Pheriche

Trek from Deboche to Pheriche (4,244m/13,921ft) 5 hours. Pheriche has Himalayan Recuse Association visit and knows about what’s the mountain sickness by international volunteer Doctor’s will brief you about the high altitude sickness.  Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 08: Rest and Acclimatization

Rest and Acclimatization in Pheriche after short hiking and enjoy the outstanding mountain views, particularly the north face of Ama Dablam and Lhotse-Nuptse ridge. There are several walk options enabling your body to acclimatization and visit to Himalayan Rescue Association and know about what’s the mountain sickness by international volunteer Doctor’s will brief you about the high altitude sickness. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 09: Trek to Lobuche

Trek from Pheriche to Lobuche (4,910m/16,105ft) 5 to 6 hours. Today mostly all the way to Lobuche climb up and catching mountain high altitude, very thin air in your body that’s why you have to keep slow walk with keeping long breathing. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 10: Trek to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base Camp

Trek from Lobuche to Gorak-Shep (5140m/16,860ft) 3 hours. After lunch hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,594ft) 2 to 3 hours then back to Lodge in Gorak-Shep. You will ascend gently, to begin with through lovely pasture lands; you will follow the rocky moraine path with views of the Khumbu Glacier. Gorakshep is on a flat field below Kala Pattar (5545m) and Pumori (7145m), good spot for lunch after lunch 2/3 hours walk, following to the present Everest Base Camp then back to Lodge. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 11: Hike to Kalapater and trek back to Lobuche

Trek from Gorakshep to Kala Pattar (5545m/18,188ft) 2 to 3 hours and trek to Lobuche (4,910m/16,105ft) 3 hours: Early morning wake-up and your last challenging point top of Kala Patter is quite a spectacular view of West face of Everest (8,848m/29,022ft), Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and more after that trek back to Lobuche. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 12: Trek to Lobuche East High Camp

After breakfast, the trek leads to High camp via Lobuche East base camp. The trail through steeper and rocky, along with the walking on Lobuche glacier, seeing great views of Ama Dablam, Thamserku, Cholatse, Kantega, Pokalde and more surrounded Himalayan peaks. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Pre-Climbing training after your Lunch: Your climbing guide will teach you how to use climbing gears such ice axe, boots, crampons, harness, ascender and about your safety. The training including ropes goes to up and down. we believe that the training experience will boost up your confidence and climbing skills to increase the chances of scaling the summit as well as to fully enjoy the experience.

Day 13: Climb to Summit Lobuche east Peak

Today you have to wake-up early morning at 1 am hot breakfast before starting to walk. Today is the important day to reach the summit before noon because in the afternoon strong winds on high lands might just disturb yours climbing. You have to walk on the rock surface around 5,700m after that you have to start to climbing on ice. During the summit fixed both rope and main rope as your leader’s instruction. Along the peak and from the summit offering magnificent views of  Mt. Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Pumari, Ama Dablam, Cholatse and many more surrounded you. You are spending short time for the celebration of taking photos from the Summit peak then back to Camp. Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 14: Day of Extra or Rest of Day

This is the extra day of set aside to manage encase weather is bad for climbing. Setting aside extra day will ensure that even if you are to face a day set back continues thus guarantee your successful peak climbing.

Day 15: Trek to Pangpoche

Trek from High Camp to Pangboche 7 to 9 hours. After breakfast trek down to the Lobuche route of joining to Everest base camp and again retrace through to Pheriche. Along the way, you will enjoy the magnificent views of Ama Dablam, under your route line to Pangboche where is the highest year around settlement in the valley and oldest Gomba in Solu Khumbu region. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 16: Trek to Namche Bazaar

Trek from Panhboche to Namche Bazaar (3,444m/11,297ft) 6 to 7 hours. The trail through retraces your steps down to Imje Tse Khola than toward to Tyangboche Monastery.  The guide will stop for tea, coffee and if would like to visit monastery again. You are walking through hillside rhododendron forest and juniper trees. After crossing the bridge over the Dudh Khosi gorge descending pine forest before reaching Sanasa, continues walk along the pleasant trail of lookout such a wildlife Mountain goats, colorful river sceneries and chorten. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 17: Trek to Lukla

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla Airport (2,840m/9,315ft) 6 to 7 hours. Today is your last to descends steeply downward, you have to walk cautiously as your shaky legs cautiously battle on the terrain rock. After crossing the suspension bridges over the Dudh Koshi becomes more level and nature. After a couple of weeks completes your trek in Lukla you can stretch those sore legs and recall of experience and last day off with Guide and Potter would like to invite Dinner of a celebration of your successful Lobuche Peak and Everest Base Camp trek enjoy the Farewell Dinner with them. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 18: Flight back to Kathmandu

Early morning Flight from Lukla airport to Kathmandu Domestic Airport and Alliance Adventure staff will come to pick-up after that transfer to Hotel and enjoy the Hot shower with rest as free. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast & Dinner

Day 19: Sightseeing and Farewell Dinner

Sightseeing in World Heritage site and Farewell Dinner. After breakfast tour guide will explore the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu’s Landmarks that are considered World Heritage Sites; including the historic Durbar Square, the houses of living Hindu goddess and “Kumari House’’. Swayambhunath; stands top of the top hill and west of the city, people mostly know as “Monkey Temple”. This has been registered in UNESCO heritage site. Buddhanath stupa is 5 km east of Kathmandu, one of the largest in the world and number of monasteries and many Tibetan artifacts selling shops. Pashupatinath is the Hindus holy pilgrims, most impotent Hindu Temple in Nepal and all over from India. Bathing at occasionally, funeral pyres burning on the Ghats and Stands on the banks of Bagmati River. After in this pleasant Adventure activates we will offer you Nepali typical culture dinner and Alliance Adventure hand over your Trekking Permit, TIMS Card and Certificate for the Nepal Adventure memory of your life. Day 20: Final Departure to your Destination

Departure to Tribhuvan International Airport. Today is last minutes shopping packing and Alliance Adventure send to the airport for your onward destination your own country. Included Breakfast

  • Keep Travel Document in Hotel safety box.
  • Windproof outer jacket and warm down-filled jacket if afraid of cold.
  • Comfortable trousers for men and loose skirts for women during the day.
  • Gloves, hat or cap, sunglasses, sunblock, lip balm, etc. To avoid sunburn as the sun in high altitude can be quite intense.
  • Lightweight trekking shoes, warm woolen/ thermal socks. (If one is afraid of cold, otherwise, plain ol’ ordinary socks will suffice.
  • Thermal undergarments this is for the night which might be a bit cold, otherwise, tracksuit should suffice.
  • Flashlight and spare batteries.
  • You must start to train yourself when you are free once a week once or one day hiking in Mountain in your country or up and down 2/3 hours morning OR evening.
  • We have to need your flight detail and passport photocopy and Passport size photo for the trekking permit and Tims cards.
  • 50% per person deposit to company account and rest of balance when you arrive at Kathmandu airport clear the payment in the office.
  • Nepal visa can apply on arrival gate in Kathmandu airport immigration. Nepal visa charge for 15 Days USD25 and for 30 Days USD 40.
