Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the classic treks in Nepal. It is also called the Annapurna sanctuary trekking. The Annapurna Base Camp Trek route is specially designed for those trekkers who love to see and enjoy the flora and fauna and panoramic view of the Himalayan range. The Annapurna Base Camp Trek route takes to the most spectacular mountain scenery, charming settlements of Gurungs and their slate-roofed houses, incredible rhododendron forests and deep sub-tropical valleys. Along the route, there is the Ghorepani poon hill (3210m) one of the best panoramic view center of Annapurna trekking and Annapurna sanctuary. While having trek, you will pass through the gorgeous lowlands of the wonderful high mountains and breathtaking scenes of the Annapurna range.

Annapurna Base Camp Trek begins in the terraced foothills close to Pokhara. The Annapurna Base Camp Trek route passes through Tikhedhunga to 3000 stone steps climb up Ulleri and to Ghorepani leading through peace jungle, waterfall and small market town at Ghorepani. Early morning hike to Poon Hill (3210m/10,528ft) to see spectacular sunrise and can see amazing views of many snow-capped mountains such as  Dhaulagiri (8167m), Nilgiri (7041m), Fishtail (6998m), Annapurna I (8091m), Annapurna II (7939m) , Annapurna III (7555m), Annapurna IV (7525m), Annapurna south (7219m), Hiunchuli (6441m), Lamjung Himal (6986m),Tukuche peak (6920m) among others. Then trial passes from Ghorepani to Tadapani to Chule passing peace forests, rivers, and beautiful natural sceneries and walk to Chomrong through Gurjung Village and then pass through rhododendron and bamboo forests of Hinko cave and slowly having views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchre, you climb high above the Modi Khola River from where you can see the mountains such as Machhapuchre Base Camp, (3,700m), and Annapurna base camp, (4,130m) and finally you will descent down to Chomrong following back the same route and trek to Siwui via Jhinu Danda and drive back to Pokhara.

Day 01: Arrival at Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft) and transfer to Hotel, then visit Alliance Adventure will brief about your trip Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Overnight at Hotel – Included Dinner

Day 02: Kathmandu to Pokhara

Drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara (9,50m/3,116ft) 6 to 7 hours. During the journey you will be seeing the countryside of lifestyle, that’s offering green hills, rivers, farms and beautiful sceneries. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast

Day 03: Drive to Nayapull then trek to Ulleri

Annapurna Base Camp Starting from today. Drive from Pokhara to Nayapul (1,010m/3,313ft) 1.5 hours then trek to Ulleri (2,010m/6,600ft) 5 hours. The trekking will be along the road until Hile (1495M/4,905ft) and enjoy the river views and sceneries. After reaching Tikhedhunga, then trek up to Ulleri which is above three thousand stone steps. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 04: Trek to Ghorepani

Trek from Ulleri to Ghorepani (2,840m/9,315ft) 4 to 5 hours. After breakfast, the trail will be leading through peace jungle, waterfall and the small market town of Ghorepani. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 05: Hike to Poon Hill then trek to Chule

Early morning Hike to Poon Hill (3,210m/10,529ft) 1 hour and trek to Chule (2,520m/8,266ft) 5 to 6 hours. Today you will see the amazing sunrise and spectacular views of Annapurna range and wonderful panoramic view of Mt. Dhaulagiri (8167m) which is the 8th Highest mountain in the world. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 06: Trek to Bamboo

Trek from Chule to Bamboo (2,335m/7,590ft) 6 to 7 hours. The trail will be leading steps down to Gurjung Khola and stone steps to the Chhomrong Khola and wooded slopes of Himalayan, suspension bridge, and thick bamboo forest. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 07: Trek to Deurali

Trek from Bamboo to Deurali (3,200m/10,496ft) 5 hours. The trekking leads gradually climbing up along the river through Oak, rhododendron, thick bamboo forests, solitary places, and Hinkow cave. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 08: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp

From Deurali to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m/13,547ft) Trek about 5 to 6 hours. Trek through to Annapurna Base Camp via Machhapuchhre Base Camp (3700m/12,136ft), along with the trek you will enjoy great magnificent views and you will stand at the center point of the Himalayan and can enjoy amazing sunset and sunrise from Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 09: Trek back to Dovan

Trek from Annapurna Base Camp to Dovan (2,505m/8,217ft) 5 hours. Early morning you will catch the magnificent sunrise over the Himalayan and panoramic views then trek down to Dovan. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 10: Trek to Jinu Danda

Trek from Dovan to Jinu Danda (1,610m/5,281ft) 5 to 6 hours. The trail leads to unforgettable life stone steps in Chhomrong village and you will enjoy the natural Hot Spring 20 minutes far from your lodge. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 11: Trek to Siwui then Drive to Pokhara

Trek from Jinu Danda to Siwui 3 hours then Drive back to Pokhara 2 hours and check to the Hotel and explore around Pokhara valley. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast and Lunch

Day 12: Drive back to Kathmandu

Drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu 200km 6 to 7 hours. The journey through the Prithvi highway road passing by terraces, streams, rivers, local settlements, hills and along the Marshyndi and Trishuli rivers. Check into the Hotel and rest a wall, Alliance Adventure will offer you Nepali culture Dinner at night for successfully Trek to Annapurna Base Camp. We will hand over your trekking permit, Tims card. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast and Dinner

Day 13: Departure your Destination

Departure to Tribhuvan International Airport after wonderful Annapurna Base Camp Trek. Today is last minutes shopping packing and Alliance Adventure drive you to the airport for your onward destination to your own country. Included Breakfast

  • Do not / not give money to street children/beggars.
  • Entrance to some temples may be prohibited for non-Hindus.
  • Leather articles are prohibited inside temple precinct.
  • Windproof outer jacket and warm down-filled jacket if afraid of cold.
  • Comfortable trousers for men and loose skirts for women during the day.
  • Gloves, hat or cap, sunglasses, sunblock, lip balm, etc, to avoid sunburn as the sun in high altitude can be quite intense.
  • Muscle-ache cream, Mosi-Guard insect repellent spray.
  • Lightweight trekking shoes, warm woolen/ thermal socks. (If one is afraid of cold, otherwise, plain ol’ ordinary socks will suffice.
  • Thermal undergarments this is for the night which might be a bit cold, otherwise, tracksuit should suffice.
  • Flashlight and spare batteries.
  • You most start train yourself when you are free once a week once a day OR hiking in your country mountain or up and down 2/3 hours morning OR evening.
  • We need your flight detail with your passport photocopy and passport size photo for the trekking permit and Tims cards.
  • 50%  Deposit to company account and rest of balance whence you arrive in Kathmandu Airport then clear the payment in the office.
  • Nepal visa you can apply on arrival visa in Kathmandu airport immigration. Nepal visa charge for 15 Days USD25 and for 30 Days USD 40.
