Everest Three High Pass Trek is one of the challenging but popular trekking trails in the Everest region. This trail includes mainly three passes, Kongma La pass (5,535 m), Cho La pass (5,420 m) and Renjo La pass (5,446 m). This trail is also said to link five valleys in the Everest region. The route passes through the Kala Patthar (5545 m) and also the Gokyo peak (5350 m), Everest base camp (5364 m), Chukking Ri (5546 m), therefore, this route provides you an opportunity not only capture the scenic valleys, majestic Himalayas but you also get the opportunity of summiting some of the peaks. While having trekking to this area, you will have a chance to capture the scenes of the highest peaks lying around the regions including Mt. Everest, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Cho-Oyu, Mt. Lhotse to name a few. You will also have an opportunity to see some of the rare animals and birds including musk deer, snow-leopard, bear among others. This trail is mostly admired for the scenic views of snow-capped mountains, the diverse culture, lifestyles of the Sherpa ethnic groups inhibiting in the high lands.

The trekking begins with a short flight from Kathmandu to Lukla or by bus from Kathmandu to Jiri and walks about one week to reach Lukla and follow the classic trekking route to Everest base camp, through Namche Bazaar. Subsequently, you will follow Tyangboche, Dingboche and pass Kongma La pass then you will descend down to Khumbu glacier, pass Kalapatthar, similarly pass  Cho La pass, Gokyo Valley, Gokyo Ri, and reach Renjo La and make tour in the areas and then return back to Lukla via Thame and fly back to Kathmandu.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft) and transfer to Hotel then Alliance Adventure Pvt. Ltd will brief about your trip 3 High Pass. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast & Dinner

Day 02: Sightseeing & Pre-Pration your Trekking

Sightseeing in World Heritage site. After breakfast tour guide will explore of the most historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu’s Landmarks are considered World Heritage Sites; including the historic Durbar Square, the houses of living Hindu goddess and “Kumari House’’. Swayambhunath; stands top of the top hill and west of the city, people mostly know as “Monkey Temple”. This has been registered in UNESCO heritage site. Buddhanath stupa is 5 km east of Kathmandu, one of the largest in the world and number of monasteries and many Tibetan artifacts selling shops and Shopping, packing get ready for your trekking. Day 03: Flight to Lukla Airport then Trek to Phakding

Flight from Kathmandu Domestic Airport to Lukla airport (2840m/9,315ft) about 30/35 minutes flight than trek to Phakding (2610m/8,560ft) 3 hours OR Monjo (2,835m/9,299ft) 5 hours. You will catch a glimpse of some great mountains such as Nupla (5,885m/19,302ft) above Kongde Ridge, Kusum Kang (6367m appears on the right a little later. All along you will be following the northern (left) bank of the Dudh Kosi River. It is important to take these first few days slowly to enable your body to acclimatize and to enjoy the passing scenery and culture. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 04: Trek to Namche Bazaar

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft) 6 to 7 hours. Namche Bazaar is one of biggest market town in Everest region as Acclimatization place of trekking and expedition. Today it begins on the level ground, relative to the environment in which you are! You will cross the river on a high suspension bridge and begin to climb up to Monjo (2,835m) and on to the gateway to the Sagarmatha National Park Entrance in place to protect and preserve this beautiful environment. There is a good rest stop on the way up to where you will see people gathered, admiring the first real chance to see Everest in the distance. On the way up today, you will be rewarded with views of Kusum Kangaru, Thamserku, Konde-Ri and Tawache Peak than we reach Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 05: Rest and Acclimatization

Rest and Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar. Today your Guides will take you to Visitor Center of headquarter Sagarmatha National Park where we can observe an assortment of things related to the first Everest ascendance’s, Sherpa culture and learn about the various plant and animal life of the Everest region. Everest view Hotel (3,880m/12,727ft) which one is highest 5star Hotel high altitude in the world. Namche Bazaar is the main center of the Everest (Khumbu) region and has government offices, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, a bakery and a colorful market each Friday evening and Saturday. Day 06: Trek to Thame

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Thame (3,820m/12,530ft) 4 to 5 hours. The trail will be leading old Sherpa village Thamo, amazing views and explore the Sherpa cultures. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 07: Trek to Lungden

Trek from Thame to Lungden (4,500m/14,760ft) 5 hours. Today the trekking will be open for the dry valley of Landscape and around the snowy mountains. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 08: Trek to Gokyo Lake via Renjo La Pass

Trek from Lungden to Gokyo Lake via Renjo La Pass (5,415m/17,762ft) 7 to 8 hours. Early breakfast and trek through summit to Renjo La Pass will be catching amazing views including Highest mountain in the world Mt. Everest and other mores.  During your this trekking one of best views catching from Renjo La Pass.  Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 09: Hike to 5th Lake and Acclimatization

Hike to 5thLake (4,980m/16,400ft) and stay rest of Acclimatization in Gokyo Lake. Early breakfast hike to 5th Lake 4 to 5 hours. The trails through along the Glacier with panorama views and from the 5th lake again you will be catching Mt. Everest and other views.  Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 10: Trek to Thagnak

Early breakfast and summit to Gokyo Ri (5380m/17,647ft) 2 to 3 hours from the Lodge and Trek to Thagnak (4,750m/15,580ft) 2 to 3 hours. Early morning summit to Gokyo Ri peak and from the summit you will be seeing one of the amazing spectacular Himalayan views snow cover mountains including Mt. Everest and Mt. Makalu and around of panoramic views, Lakes, Glaciers after Lunch the trail leads to until 2nd lake and Gokyo Glacier.  Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 11: Trek to summit Cho-La Pass then Dzon La

Trek from Thagnak to Dzon La (4,710m/15,450ft). Early morning start the trekking and summit the Cho La Pass (5,367m/17,700ft) 7 to 8 hours. Today is the challenging day of trekking because of Pass and amazing spectacular views around you. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 12: Trek to Lobuche

Trek from Dzon La to Lobuche (4,940m/16,300ft) 3 to 4 hours. After breakfast, the trail leads alongside Khumbu Glacier water and under the Lobuche Peak. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 13: Trek to Gorak-Shep and Hike to Everest Base Camp

Trek from Lobuche to Gorak-Shep (5140m/16,860ft) 3 hours. After lunch hike to Everest Base Camp (5,364m/17,594ft) 2 to 3 hours then back to Lodge in Gorak-Shep. when you reach in Base Camp you will be filling touching Mt. Everest because every expedition group starting from the base and you will be seeing a lot expedition group of tents in the base as you will touching Khumbu Glacier. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 14: Hike to Kala Pather then trek back to Lobuche

Early morning hike up to Kala Pather (5,545m/18,188ft) from Gorak-Shep 2 to 3 hours. Kala Pather is one o the best viewpoint of Mt. Everest (8,848m/29,022ft) highest mountain in the world and will catching very close up you. From the top you will middle of snow mountain and amazing Khumbu Glacier. After breakfast trek back to Lobuche (4,910m/16,105ft) 3 hours. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 15: Trek to summit Kongma La Pass then Chhukung

Trek from Lobuche to Chhukung (4,730m/15,515ft) via Kongma La Pass (5,535m/18,200ft) 7 to 8 hours. The trek leading Khumbu glacier and toward to pass. During the trekking, there will be no tea shop and you have to carry until enough to reach Chhukung Lodge. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 16: Trek to Pangboche Village

Trek from Chhukung to Pangboche Village 5 hours. Early morning hike to Chhukung Ri (5,550m/18204ft) 2 to 3 hours. After breakfast trek through along the Imja-Ise Khola, Dingboche and under the Ama Dablam views. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 17: Trek back to Namche Bazaar

Trek from Pangboche village to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft) 5 to 6 hours. After a couple of hours, you will reach to Tyangboche Monastery which is one the biggest and famous monastery in Solu Khumbu Region. Namche Bazaar is one of biggest market town in Everest region and last enjoy views of Ama Dablam, Thamsherku and Kusum Khangaru. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 18: Trek back to Lukla Airport

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Lukla airport (2,840m/9,315ft) 6 to 7 hours. Today is your last day trekking in Himalaya with your Guide and Potter. You can invite guide and potters for Dinner to celebrate your successful 3 high pass trekking. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 19: Flight back to Kathmandu

Early morning Flight from Lukla airport to Kathmandu Domestic Airport and Alliance Adventure staff will come to pick-up you and transfer to Hotel and enjoy the Hot shower with rest as free. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast

Day 20: Sightseeing and Farewell Dinner

Half day sightseeing in World Heritage site of Buddhanath Stupa which is 5 km east of Kathmandu, one of the largest in the world and number of monasteries and many Tibetan artifacts selling shoPashupatinathnath is the Hindus holy pilgrims, most impotent Hindu Temple in Nepal and all over from India. Bathing at occasionally, funeral pyres burning on the Ghats and Stands on the banks of Bagmati River. After this pleasant Adventure we will offer you Nepali typical culture dinner and Alliance Adventure hand over your Trekking Permit, TIMS Card and Certificate for the Nepal Adventure memory of your life. Day 21: Departure your Destination

Departure to Tribhuvan International Airport. Today is last minutes shopping packing and Alliance Adventure send to the airport for your onward destination to your own country. Included Breakfast

  • Entrance to some temples may be prohibited for non-Hindus and Leather articles are prohibited inside temple precinct.
  • Windproof outer jacket and warm down-filled jacket if afraid of cold.
  • Comfortable trousers for men and loose skirts for women during the day.
  • Gloves, hat or cap, sunglasses, sunblock, lip balm, etc, to avoid sunburn as the sun in high altitude can be quite intense.
  • Lightweight trekking shoes, warm woolen/ thermal socks. (If one is afraid of cold, otherwise, plain ol’ ordinary socks will suffice.
  • Thermal undergarments this is for the night which might be a bit cold, otherwise, tracksuit should suffice.
  • Flashlight and spare batteries.
  • You must start to train yourself when you are free once a week or once a day hiking in Mountain in your country or up and down 2/3 hours morning OR evening.
  • We have to need your flight detail and passport photocopy and passport size photo for the trekking permit and Tims cards.
  • 50% deposit into the company account and rest of balance whence you arrive in Kathmandu airport then clear the payment in the office.
  • Nepal visa can apply on arrival gate in Kathmandu airport immigration. Nepal visa charge for 15 Days USD25 and for 30 Days USD 40.
