Renjo La Pass Trek is one of the challenging but popular trekking trails in the Everest region. Renjo La pass (5,446m). This trail is also said to link five valleys in the Everest region.  therefore, this route provides you an opportunity not only capture the scenic valleys, majestic Himalayas. While having trekking to this area, you will have a chance to capture the scenes of the highest peaks lying around the regions including Mt. Everest, Mt. Makalu, Mt. Cho-Oyu, Mt. Lhotse to name a few. You will also have an opportunity to see some of the rare animals and birds including musk deer, snow-leopard, bear among others. This trail is mostly admired for the scenic views of snow-capped mountains, the diverse culture, lifestyles of the Sherpa ethnic groups inhibiting in the high lands.

The trekking begins with a short flight from Kathmandu to Lukla or by bus from Kathmandu to Jiri and walks about one week to reach Lukla and follow the classic trekking route to Everest base camp, through Namche Bazaar, Thame, Renjo La Pass, Gokyo Valley, Gokyo Ri, and make trek in the areas and then return back to Lukla via Gokyo Lake and fly back to Kathmandu.

PACKAGE DETAILS

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264ft) and transfer to Hotel then Alliance Adventure Pvt. Ltd will brief about your trip 3 High Pass. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast & Dinner

Day 02: Flight to Lukla Airport then Trek to Phakding

Flight from Kathmandu Domestic Airport to Lukla airport (2840m/9,315ft) about 30/35 minutes flight than trek to Phakding (2610m/8,560ft) 3 hours OR Monjo (2,835m/9,299ft) 5 hours. You will catch a glimpse of some great mountains such as Nupla (5,885m/19,302ft) above Kongde Ridge, Kusum Kang (6367m appears on the right a little later. All along you will be following the northern (left) bank of the Dudh Kosi River. It is important to take these first few days slowly to enable your body to acclimatize and to enjoy the passing scenery and culture. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 03: Trek to Namche Bazaar

Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m/11,283ft) 6 to 7 hours. Namche Bazaar is one of biggest market town in Everest region as Acclimatization place of trekking and expedition. Today it begins on the level ground, relative to the environment in which you are! You will cross the river on a high suspension bridge and begin to climb up to Monjo (2,835m) and on to the gateway to the Sagarmatha National Park Entrance in place to protect and preserve this beautiful environment. There is a good rest stop on the way up to where you will see people gathered, admiring the first real chance to see Everest in the distance. On the way up today, you will be rewarded with views of Kusum Kangaru, Thamserku, Konde-Ri and Tawache Peak than we reach Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 04: Rest and Acclimatization

Rest and Acclimatization in Namche Bazaar. Today your Guides will take you to Visitor Center of headquarter Sagarmatha National Park where we can observe an assortment of things related to the first Everest ascendance’s, Sherpa culture and learn about the various plant and animal life of the Everest region. Everest view Hotel (3,880m/12,727ft) which one is highest 5star Hotel high altitude in the world. Namche Bazaar is the main center of the Everest (Khumbu) region and has government offices, Internet cafes, shops, restaurants, a bakery and a colorful market each Friday evening and Saturday. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 05: Trek to Thame

Trek from Namche Bazaar to Thame (3,820m/12,530ft) 4 to 5 hours. The trail will be leading old Sherpa village Thamo, amazing views and explore the Sherpa cultures. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 06: Trek to Lungden

Trek from Thame to Lungden (4,500m/14,760ft) 5 hours. Today the trekking will be open for the dry valley of Landscape and around the snowy mountains. Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 07: Trek to Gokyo Lake via Renjo La Pass

Trek from Lungden to Gokyo Lake via Renjo La Pass (5,415m/17,762ft) 7 to 8 hours. Early breakfast and trek through summit to Renjo La Pass will be catching amazing views including Highest mountain in the world Mt. Everest and other mores.  During your this trekking one of best views catching from Renjo La Pass.  Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 08: Hike to 5th Lake and Acclimatization

Hike to 5thLake (4,980m/16,400ft) and stay rest of Acclimatization in Gokyo Lake. Early breakfast hike to 5th Lake 4 to 5 hours. The trails through along the Glacier with panorama views and from the 5th lake again you will be catching Mt. Everest and other views.  Overnight at Lodge – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner

Day 09: Trek to Phortse Tanga

Trek from Gokyo Lake to Phortse Tanga (3,680m/12,070ft) 5 to 6 hours. After breakfast the trails following 3rd, 2nd and 1st lake, Marchhermo and Dole continues walking down to Phortse Tanga.  Overnight at Lodge – B.L.D

Day 10: Trek to Monjo

Trek from Thorste Tanga to Monjo (2835m) 5 to 6 hours: After breakfast the trail walk climb up to Mong La Danda an hour before you encounter the scenic walk back into Namche and keep continues again downhill to the Monjo. Overnight at Lodge – B.L.D

Day 11: Trek back to Lukla Airport

Trek from Monjo to Lukla airport (2,840m/9,315ft) 5 hours. Today is your last trekking with your Guide and Potter would like to invite Dinner of celebration your successful Renjo La Pass, and Gkyo Lake trekking, you can farewell Dinner with them. Overnight at Lodge – B.L.D

Day 12: Flight back to Kathmandu and Farewell Dinner

Early morning Flight from Lukla airport to Kathmandu Domestic Airport and Alliance Adventure staff will come to pick-up you and transfer to Hotel and enjoy the Hot shower with rest as free with Farewell Dinner. Overnight at Hotel – Included  Dinner and Breakfast

Day 13: Departure your Destination

Departure to Tribhuvan International Airport. Today is last minutes shopping packing and Alliance Adventure send to the airport for your onward destination to your own country. Included Breakfast

  • Entrance to some temples may be prohibited for non-Hindus and Leather articles are prohibited inside temple precinct.
  • Windproof outer jacket and warm down-filled jacket if afraid of cold.
  • Comfortable trousers for men and loose skirts for women during the day.
  • Gloves, hat or cap, sunglasses, sunblock, lip balm, etc, to avoid sunburn as the sun in high altitude can be quite intense.
  • Lightweight trekking shoes, warm woolen/ thermal socks. (If one is afraid of cold, otherwise, plain ol’ ordinary socks will suffice.
  • Thermal undergarments this is for the night which might be a bit cold, otherwise, tracksuit should suffice.
  • Flashlight and spare batteries.
  • You most train yourself when you are free once a week a day hiking in Mountain your country or run up and down 2/3 hours morning OR evening.
  • We need your flight detail and passport photocopy and passport size photo for the trekking permit and Tims cards.
  • 50% deposit into the company account and rest of balance whence you arrive in Kathmandu airport then clear the payment in the office.
  • Nepal visa can apply on arrival gate in Kathmandu airport immigration. Nepal visa charge for 15 Days USD25 and for 30 Days USD 40.
