Rolwaling Trek is one of the trekking trails in Nepal, which is yet unspoiled trail, located in the eastern part of Nepal. It is very close to the Mt. Everest. Rolwaling is situated at 3,690 m. It is one of the best destinations among the travelers as it is one of the least explored areas in the lying in the Everest region. This popular destination has been one of the attractive destinations, as the route is attached to another popular tourist destination called Chho-Rolpa and Dudh-Kunda which lie in the northeast from Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal. During the trekking to the area, one can really enjoy the scenic views of the majestic Himalayas including Mt. Everest (8848 m)—the highest peaks in the world, Mt. Gauri Shankar (7145 m). There are various routes to get there. Trekking in the Rolwaling region is one of the best trekking trails in Nepal, lies to the west from the Khumbu. Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Day 02: Sightseeing and Paration your Trek
Half Day Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley and preparation of your Trek: Alliance Adventure Tour Guide will explore historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu’s Landmarks which are considered World Heritage Sites; including the historic Durbar Square, the houses of living Hindu goddess and “Kumari House’’. Day 03: Drive to Sigatte via Dolakha
Drive from Kathmandu to Sigatte (1,020m/3,345ft) via Dolakha 5 to 6 hours. In the morning Guide and potters will come to pick-up you in the Hotel and the journey will start along the countryside of lifestyle, that’s offering green hill, rivers, farms and beautiful sceneries. You will stop at Dolakha for short walk around the local market. Then an hour journey through to the camp side of Tama Kosi riverbank. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 04: Trek to Jagat
Trek from Sigatte to Jagat (1,250m/4,100ft) 5 to 6 hours. The adventure walking along the Bhote Kosi valley which is gradually like more gorges. You have to cross a hectic river on picturesque suspension bridges and some of the local villages. The trail through into the forest with a view of Gaurishankar (7,145m/23,435ft) and along Buddhist prayer flags, chortens begin to appear. Trek toward to camp side. Day 05: Trek to Simigaun
Trek from Jagat to Simigaun (2,025m/6,642ft) 5 to 6 hours. Today After 2 hours of walking the trek continues through a valley of east and slowly walk into on impressive slope and cross the terraces. The Simigaun is Sherpa and Tamang villages marked by Tibetan monastery perched above the houses on top of a hill in front view of Gauri Shankar and after camp explore around the village. Day 06: Trek to Donga
Trek from Simigaun to Donga (2,800m/9,184ft) 5 to 6 hours. From today you will be entering the Rolwaling valley of Gaurishankar conservation. The trail through a gorgeous rhododendron, bamboo forest and some part steadily climb toward Gyalche after that descend down to narrow green views of Rolwaling Khola. Day 07: Trek to Beding
Trek from Donga to Beding (3,692m/12,110ft) 5 to 6 hours. After breakfast treks start gradually through into the forest valley of tropical alpine vegetation with excellent views of scenery’s surrounding you and if the weather will be clear you will see Mt. Melungtse (7,181m) and Rolwaling highest summit. Beding is small lonely Sherpa village, people will offer you local drink Chhyang (barley beer) and butter tea known as Tibetan tea too. Day 08: Rest and Acclimatization
Rest and Acclimatization of Day. Hiking to Malung Kharka (5,616m/18,421ft) 5 hours. After breakfast hike to Malung-La Pass, from the top of the pass, you will be catching the great views of more than 15 snow peaks, glaciers and natural forest below beding valley. Day 09: Trek to Na
Trek from Beding to Na (4,185m/13,726ft) 6 hours. Today the trek leads to a tiny alpine hamlet that is only inhabited during the summer season. Na is situated just below the Tsho Rolpa Glacier Lake which is the beautiful overlooking valley, impressive peaks, including Chobutse (6,685m), Chugimago (6,259m) and Yalung Ri (5,630m). Day 10: Rest and Acclimatization
Rest and Acclimatization day of Yalung-La Hike (4,900m/16,072ft) 4 hours. Today is your choice of rest or hike to Yalung La Pass. The hike starts through climb up steadily, the part taking you below the pass, where you can see the excellent views of Ramdun peak, ice fall, and Tsho Rolpa glacier lake. Every direction stunning views, east of Yalung, south of Ramdung peak (5,930m/19,450ft), west of Yalung Ri (5,630m/18,466ft) and north of breathtaking Himalayan summits along the Tibet border. Day 11: Trek to Nyiduk Kongma
Trek from Na to Nyiduk Kongma (4,750m/15,580ft) 5 to 6 hours. Today climb up to the Dam that holds back to Tsho Rolpa lake, preventing from splitting the thin moraine and destroying below the valley. The trail leads south bank, (the ancient route, marked on all maps, walking to the northern bank, passing through Chobu, no longer exists, in facet the moraines bordering the lake have all collapsed into it) After climbing 300m cross a disordered moraine area scramble down the height walked up. Your camp will be sandy amphitheater between Tsho Rolpa lake and Trakarding glaciers. Overnight at Camp – Included Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
Day 12: Trek to Drolumbau Glacier
Trek from Nyiduk Kongma to Drolumbau Glacier (5,205m/17,072) 5 to 6 hours. After breakfast trek through to Trakarding glacier which is huge and impressive rocky area that gives way from time to time as large sections of bluish ice and again toward to rocky spur, just beneath the Dolumbau glacier, is quite a adventure to access the glacier after that you have to climb up rock face and set a rope for help to potters 160m before accessing the campsite area. Today the camp side is a really incredible spot of fantastic panoramic views of Trakarding glacier, a wall of Drolumbau glacier to the north, countless streams running of a glacier, rocks falling and collapsing ice. Day 13: Trek to Camp
Trek from Drolumbau Glacier to Camp (5,460m/17,908ft) via Teshi Laptsa Pass (5,755m/18,876ft) 6 to 7 hours. The trek leads foothold into the Drolumbau glacier of tricky and fairly steep. You will see unique views of Tengi Rangi Tau (6,943m/22,773ft), Bigphero-Go-Shar (6,729m/22,071ft), Dragkar-Go (6,793m/22,281ft) with a background of myriad peaks and beyond the border of Tibetan. The trail leads moraines, gentle slopes, crossing the glacier and camp side will be around 300m below the summit just beyond a tricky but impressive rocky section. Day 14: Trek to Thame
Trek from Camp to Thame (3,820m/12,529ft) 5 to 6 hours. After breakfast the trail toward to tiny Sherpa Village of Thame. After long days of camping you will stay in lodges and enjoy a hot shower and will explore the local culture and Buddhist monastery perched on the hillside. Thame is an important route of Tibetan traders and Yak caravans trekking across the Nangpa La (5,716m/18,749ft) on the border of Tibet and beyond the Namche Bazaar. Day 15: Trek to Khumjung Village
Trek from Thame to Khumjung Village (3,790m/12,431ft) 4 hours. After breakfast, the trek leads under the Khunde Ri, Kumbila, Thamsherku, Kusum Khangaru and before entering Khumjung you can catch the panoramic views of Mt. Everest and Mt. Ama Dablam. The Khumjung village is first Sir Edmund Hilary School project and Canadian Doctors managed by Hospital in Khunde village next to Khumjung. Day 16: Trek to Monjo
Trek from Khumjung Village to Monjo (2,835m/9,299ft) 4 to 5 hours. After breakfast, the trail leads climb up to Hotel Everest view which one is the 5star hotel at High altitude in the world as peoples know as best viewpoint of Mt. Everest. The trek encounter to scenic walk back to Namche Bazaar, one of biggest market town in Everest region as Acclimatization place of trekking and expedition. Day 17: Trek to Lukla Airport

Day 18: Flight back to Kathmandu
Early morning Flight from Lukla airport to Kathmandu Domestic Airport and Alliance Adventure staff will come to pick-up. After that transfer to Hotel and enjoy the Hot shower with rest as free. Overnight at Hotel – Included Breakfast
Day 19: Sightseeing and Farwell Dinner
Half day sightseeing in World Heritage site and Farewell Dinner. After breakfast tour guide will explore historical and spiritual attractions in Kathmandu Valley. Buddhanath stupa is 5 km east of Kathmandu, one of the largest in the world and has a number of monasteries and many Tibetan artifacts selling shops. Pashupatinath is the Hindus holy pilgrims, most impotent Hindu Temple in Nepal and all over from India. Bathing at occasionally, funeral pyres burning on the Ghats and Stands on the banks of Bagmati River.

Day 20: Departure your Destination
Departure to Tribhuvan International Airport. Today is last minutes shopping packing and Alliance Adventure takes you to the airport for an onward destination to your country.

- You must start training yourself when you are free once a week or once a day hiking in Mountain in your country or up and down 2/3 hours morning OR evening.
